Booking Terms and Conditions
We will hold the booking for 7 days. Please send us a cheque for one third of the price with your booking form. The balance is due four weeks before your arrival date . If you are booking within four weeks of arriving, please can you send us the whole amount. The price includes electricity, water, oil, gas and logs as well as bed linen, towels and tea towels. .
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel more than four weeks before you were due to arrive then we will keep your deposit but you will have no further liability. If you cancel four weeks or less before arrival you are still required to pay the full price unless we are able to re-let your booked dates.
Arrival and Departure:
The Apple Loft will be ready for you at 4.00 p.m. on your date of arrival. You are welcome to look in before this if you wish to drop off luggage. On your departure, we ask you please to leave by 10.30 a.m. so that we have sufficient time to make the place ready for the next visitors.
Apple Loft and Contents:
Please take good care of the building and its contents, and please leave it clean and tidy on departure. Although we do not worry about the odd broken cup, we do reserve the right to bill you for breakages and extra cleaning costs.
Other Visitors:
Although we are happy for you to have friends visit you, please note that the Apple Loft may not be used to accommodate anyone not mentioned on the booking form.
Pets:
We are sorry that we cannot accommodate pets as we have farm dogs of our own.
Smoking:
Smokers are welcome provided that they smoke outside the Apple Loft.
Linen and Towels:
Bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. |

Booking Terms and Conditions
Prices are per person per night for Bed and full English Breakfast.
Your room will usually be available from 4.0pm and should be vacated by 10.30am but do contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements and we will do our best to help. You are welcome to look in before this if you wish to drop off luggage.
Please let us know if you will be arriving later.
Please send a deposit of a third of the full price as soon as you book. The balance will be due four weeks before you arrive. If you are booking less than four weeks before the date you want to come please send the full amount.
If you cancel your booking the deposit is not refundable but we will do our best to relet the room so that we can return the balance you have paid.

Please let us know if you are a vegetarian, have any special dietary requirements or of there is anything you would rather not eat.
Please do not smoke upstairs.
